Delivery: versioned transaction stream with program and account filters
Current status: transaction decoding exists internally; an isolated customer gateway is pending
What the product delivers
Decoded Transactions emits authenticated Solana transactions reconstructed from the shred layer before canonical execution is known. Each event preserves the exact serialized signed transaction and attaches reconstruction metadata such as slot, transaction index, receipt time, program IDs, and account keys.
The event means observed signed intent. It does not prove the transaction landed, succeeded, or reached any commitment level.

The production schema will be versioned and published with conformance fixtures. Numeric identifiers and timestamps use integer representations; wire bytes use base64.
Filters and continuity
Subscriptions may be bounded by program IDs and account keys. Filtering reduces payload volume but does not change the meaning of an emitted transaction. Reconstruction gaps and reconnect state are explicit; absence from the feed is never proof that a transaction did not exist.
Not included
Canonical success, execution logs, finality, unlimited replay, unlimited filters, and DEX-specific interpretation are not part of the decoded stream. Consumers are responsible for any application-specific classification of the reconstructed transactions.
