UDP delivery has no retransmission, ordering or backpressure guarantee. This subscription does not include a deshredder, historical replay, multiple receiving destinations or an execution service. Observed data is not a finality or successful-execution guarantee.

A first connection check.
sudo tcpdump -ni any udp dst port 8001 -c 20Replace 8001 with your configured receiving port. This checks packet arrival on your receiving machine; it is not a deshredder or proof that your downstream transaction pipeline is healthy.

Do I need to run a validator?+
No validator is required. You do need a reachable UDP receiver, enough network and socket-buffer capacity, and your own reconstruction software.
Can I pause delivery?+
Yes. Pause and resume in the console without losing your saved destination. Pausing delivery does not pause the subscription period.
Should I choose Raw Shreds or Decoded Transactions?+
Choose Raw Shreds to own reconstruction and decoding. Choose Decoded Transactions for an authenticated transaction stream without operating a UDP receiver or deshredder.
